Thinking of Offloading Customer Success Duties? Here’s What We’re Seeing in 2025
Over the last few months, we've been busy helping remote companies like yours build out their customer success (CS) teams. Our last five hires have been CS-focused (customer support and customer success), and we’re noticing a trend: founders who’ve been handling CS themselves—answering tickets, resolving issues, onboarding customers—are deciding it's time to bring on full-time support and refocus on growing their business.
Recent Trends in Customer Success Hiring
Here’s what we’re seeing in the market right now:
Talent Distribution – Most individual contributor hires are being made in LATAM, while team leads are typically coming from the US. However, we’ve also placed several high-level Support Leads in LATAM with great success.
Salary Ranges – For US-based leads with solid SaaS experience, expect salaries around $80K-$130K. In LATAM, top talent is available for $2,500-$4,000/month, depending on seniority, SaaS niche, and experience level.
Hiring Speed – We’ve helped founders hire in as little as 10 days, with an average of 20-30 days. LATAM hires are often ready to start immediately or with just one week’s notice.
Why Now is the Right Time to Hire CS Professionals
If you’ve been handling customer success yourself, now is the perfect time to delegate. We’re seeing an abundance of top-tier LATAM talent and many highly qualified customer support specialists and customer success managers ready to join your team.
