Back in 2019, we started one of the largest remote job boards on the web (DynamiteJobs.com)
Many of our customers - especially those who had recently received funding or who were growing quickly - called us and asked for extra help.
They didn’t just want to post jobs, they wanted expert recruiting help at a fair price. It was those requests that led to Remote First Recruiting.
We’ve since expanded into helping our clients with hybrid roles and executive positions in the USA and Canada.
We have helped from the very first hire to building large teams and partnering with chiefs of staff.
We’re like an extension of our clients in-house team and most of our clients are long term partners.
