  • Back in 2019, we started one of the largest remote job boards on the web (DynamiteJobs.com)

  • Many of our customers - especially those who had recently received funding or who were growing quickly - called us and asked for extra help.

  • They didn’t just want to post jobs, they wanted expert recruiting help at a fair price. It was those requests that led to Remote First Recruiting. 

  • We’ve since expanded into helping our clients with hybrid roles and executive positions in the USA and Canada.

  • We have helped from the very first hire to building large teams and partnering with chiefs of staff.

  • We’re like an extension of our clients in-house team and most of our clients are long term partners.
